INTRODUCTION
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for Glued Supercharged tournaments. By registering for our tournaments, you agree to the following policy.
Cancellation by Participant
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee: All registration fees are non-refundable. Once the registration fee has been paid and the registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Cancellation Process: If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us by sending an email to supercharged.glued@gmail.com . Please include your name, phone number, and the tournament for which you registered.
- Name Crossing: Upon cancellation, your name will be crossed off the participant list, and you will no longer be eligible to participate in the tournament. However, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Cancellation by Organizers
- Right to Cancel: Glued Supercharged reserves the right to cancel the tournament due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low participant turnout, weather conditions, or other situations beyond our control.
- Notification: In the event of a tournament cancellation by the organizers, we will notify all registered participants via the contact information provided during registration.
- Refund Policy for Organizer Cancellations: If the tournament is canceled by the organizers, registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
No-Show Policy
No Refund for No-Shows: Participants who do not show up for the tournament without prior cancellation notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Liability
- Assumption of Risk: By registering for the tournament, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in the event. Glued Supercharged is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the tournament.
- Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring their availability for the tournament dates. No refunds or accommodations will be made for scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances.
